1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, loading, or playing Deadline Survivors (the "Game") via
deadline-survivors.raidcade.games or the Gamify gaming
portal (games.toolify.studio), you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not
agree to these Terms, please do not access or play the Game.
2. License to Play
Toolify Studio grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to load and play Deadline Survivors in your web browser for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to Deadline Survivors—including but not limited to source code, game mechanics, algorithms, visual sprites, procedural art generation, character designs, sound effects, musical compositions, UI themes, narrative copy, logos, and trademarks—are the sole and exclusive property of Toolify Studio and its licensors.
You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Game or its underlying software without prior written authorization from Toolify Studio.
4. User Conduct & Fair Play
While enjoying the Game, you agree not to:
- Deploy automated scripts, bots, spiders, or memory manipulation tools designed to distort leaderboards, artificially inflate scores, or alter local game progression.
- Engage in any denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts, server flooding, or actions that degrade the experience of other players on the Gamify portal.
- Submit abusive, defamatory, or unlawful messages through our contact channels.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Deadline Survivors is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Toolify Studio does not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every browser hardware configuration, or that local save data will never be cleared by browser storage policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Toolify Studio, Gamify, or their founders, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
